Want to learn the 5 Simple Kitchen Foods that speed up your cooking game? Are you one of those people who think that it’s more complicated than it really is? Don’t worry. I’ve been there. But, I’ve done the hard work for you.
Kitchen, or Sectored Garden or Backyard Kitchen is simple and clean. Just as a restaurant should be clean and spotless. It’s just like in the movies. The food comes out on the silverware, just as it should be.
Now I’m not going to sit here and cite all the ingredients for every single meal. However, I will tell you what they are and where to find them. Also, I won’t discuss the frying pans and pots, nor will I tell you about any type of griddle, unless you want to know about them. You’ll have to go out into the great outdoors, or your kitchen, to find them.
First, onions. We have a veritable plethora of onions in our back yard. Use the widest shank you can find. Put this on top of your cast iron skillet. You’ll need at least three.
Second, chicken. If you haven’t had a chicken dish in your life, then you’re missing out. We have a big ass chicken coop that gets used twice a week. In addition to the fried chicken that you’ll make, you’ll have a few boneless skinless breasts, some wings and even a couple legs. All of these are easy to find and simple to cook.
Next, fish. There are dozens of different species out there and nearly all of them are delicious. From king mackerel, dorado, pike and salmon, you can choose the fish that is most appealing to you. In addition to being simple to cook, these fish are also relatively cheap to purchase.
Last, pasta. Pasta is probably my favorite meal when it comes to cooking food. It’s simple, it’s fast and it adds a little bit of value to your food (you know, that old saying). We have a simple spiral pasta roller and a pasta strainer. These two appliances are easy to use, simple to store and simple to cook with.
That’s it. Now, all you have to do is cook up a meal. Try one of these two versions of the Simpler Kitchen. You’ll be surprised how fast and easy cooking can be. Have fun!
The first version simply puts ingredients in a bowl, throws it in the microwave for a few seconds, and you’re done. The meat is cooked, the veggies are chopped up and then mixed with sauce and cheese. The key to this recipe is that everything is simple and natural. Chicken is simple because you only need chicken and bread, which is why we can leave off the ham and bacon.
The second version goes a little bit further. Instead of just throwing the ingredients into the food processor, you toss everything at once into the pan. You let the chicken cook for a few minutes in the marinara sauce and then stir it all up. Then add the vegetables and cook it all until the cheese is liquefied. As for the pasta, you can always throw it in last because it’ll cook more quickly.
Just imagine the dinner being this simple every day. Easy to cook, easy to clean up, and so very affordable. Do you have room for more like this? Of course you do! Why not spice things up with a little bit of spice? Add some basil or Cayenne to your salads, or sizzle some garlic or onions on top of your pasta dishes.
Even your dessert needs a little something extra, and this is what makes Simple Kitchen’s the perfect solution. You can take your regular ice cream out of the freezer and put it into a bowl of smoothie. It’s simple and good for you. You could even take leftover dessert mix and turn it into a frozen yogurt parlor!
It’s not cheating to eat healthy when you are trying to lose weight. It’s just making things a little bit easier. If you make things that are simple, easy to store, and quick to eat, then you won’t have any excuses not to stick to a healthy diet. The pounds will just drop from your body! That’s a great thought, isn’t it?
